The company is in the business of machinery maintenance, manufacturing, assembly, production and trading of OEM spare parts connected with ship repair and marine contracts. The company acts as principal contractor or sub-contractor for repairs, maintenance and replacement services for worldwide shipping, offshore marine installations and diesel engines. M/S MTU India Private Limited concluded an agreement with Yeoman Marine Private Limited to be their Authorized Service Partner in Jan 2017.The authorization is to provide after sales service to MTU range of engines as also their Monitoring and Control systems for Marine customers in India. The authorization by MTU is for series 538,396,2000 and 4000 up to W5 level and series 183 up to W6 level.
